PRICING
Exclusive Custom Design: starting at $50 (depends on complexity)
Changes in existing design: starting at $15 (if customer haven't bought a minimap already, price of minimap is added; example of "changes": town names, districts names, POI names, removing, adding features [that are not listed below])
Cayo Perico: no additional fee
Custom Street Names: +$30
Custom Postal Codes: starting at $30 (depends on complexity and number of postal codes)
Other map features: starting at $5 (e.g. bridge, island, off-shore facility)
Custom new big minimap: starting at $100 (design that requres creating everything from scratch; depends on complexity and size; price will vary for every request; price may exceed $250 in some cases; e.g. new big map, new city, new state)
Rush Fee: $15 (extra charge for faster completion)

Terms of Service:
1. I will not publish or resell the design.
2. You are not allowed to publish or sell the minimap.
3. Turnaround time is up to one month.
4. You can ask for my watermark to be removed or your logo to be put on instead.
5. You will receive non-encrypted files.
6. It is encouraged for a customer to have a general concept of what they want the minimap to look like.
7. I do reserve my right to refuse taking a commission without giving a reason.
8. If a customer wants street names in a language different from English, it will be required that they come up with the names. The customer will be given a speadsheet with all the original names.
9. You can ask for a full-sized minimap file (as a PNG, JPEG, or TIFF) to be given to you.
10. If a customer wants an additional map feature to be added (such as an island, harbor, road, offshore facility), they need to provide a sensible reference photo.
PAYMENT
The only payment method that is accepted is via PayPal. Payment is taken before the finished product being sent or after showing a general concept in the form of a semi-finished product.
